- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally I figure in supply replenishment, distance, the number of faces I'll be painting if known, how long it will be to travel to and from my home as well as the number of hours I'm requested to work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting information, such as if I need a table and chairs of my own, is there a water supply?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
