- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is a flat fee based on the amount of guests , the length of the event , the location of the event and the budget of the customer .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation is conducted so I can get a better idea of what the event entails. The next step is going over the budget and meeting the customer in person where I will ask a series of questions to get to know them a little better so that a signature drink can perfectly match them as well as the venue !
