Painting and Pressure Washing Review
Painting:
John did some exterior painting for me at a reasonable cost. He was on time, did the work he said he would do and asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted. The garage screen door and three concrete slabs needed to be painted to match my house trim. John took the time to test the previous paint to see if it was oil or latex base. John was very precise, careful, and did a great job. I am very satisfied and will use John's services in the future.
Pressure Washing:
I was pleased with the results that John offered at a competitive price. My driveway looks like new. John was very courteous while doing the work. I will use John's services in the future and highly recommend him.

John arrives as planned and gets right to work. He is careful and patient in his work and the result is a beautiful job. The true value of his painting was underscored for me by the fact that I had just had another painter in just 3 week prior and the difference in quality of the job (and the price!) was staggering.

My paint job experience was awesome. John painted the exterior of the house, and the lanai. John was kn professional and courteous . I felt the price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner. John is excellent in his craft, very detail oriented, and took time to make sure the job was done right, His cleanup at the end of the job was excellent. He also power washed our driveway that needed attention, and the pool deck, and made them look beautiful again. He took the time to do a great job not the usual "how fast can I get done and move on" attitude. I am so pleased; we have gotten so many compliments! I will certainly use John again. Thank you.

John painted several rooms in our home. He did an excellent job. He was on time on budget and did excellent work. He went the extra mile to ensure each room looked great. He was very detail oriented and I really liked the care he took on the edges and baseboard areas. I highly recommend his work.
