Introduction: Hi my name is Mark, 20 years ago I began working part time for a construction company while working full time as a business manager. Since then I continued to work residential construction part time, obtained my Contractor Remodeling License, and began doing home remodeling on my own. These projects include but are not limited to additions, landscaping, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, electric, refinishing hardwood floors, laminate flooring, framing, wall finishing, cabinetry, and appliance installation. I have always focused on satisfying my customers, being dependable and reliable. My customers have always been very happy with my performance. I have finished every project to my customer's satisfaction, and done it on time. I look forward to working with you on your projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my projects are priced at $25.00/hour. Non-construction tasks like yard work, running errands, house sitting etc. are at a reduced rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out exactly what is important to my customers and offer alternatives if more affordable options are available. I also work closely with them on the time line.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did work for myself and friends for many years and then worked part time for a contractor for a number of years and then got my Remodeling Contractor License.
