- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information about the customers needs as possible, such as model numbers as well as specific symptoms so that I am as prepared as possible when I knock on their door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of basic and advanced electrical troubleshooting training from the US NAVY. I also have hands on training in several classroom settings. Mostly I have on the job training working with some of the best in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was trained as an electrician in the US NAVY more than 20 years ago. Shortly after I got out I went to work for a company working on commercial kitchen equipment. That, in a nutshell, is how it all started.
