What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price the project based on several factors including my clients working budget. I'll send them an estimate after our first conversation. Then we can tailor it from there if they need to tweak things to fit their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange an interview by phone or in person, whichever fits the client's situation. I will stay in touch with them throughout the process with frequent updates as their project is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A background in pre-med helps me to write about health and wellness which is only one of my many interests. I have two books on Kindle in that category. Several post graduate classes in writing as well as six years professional experience.
