What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new athlete, I like to first evaluate them and see where they are currently at before moving forward with training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, I have personal trained at Gold's Gym as well as the YMCA, and I also have internship experience working for my strength and conditioning program at the Division 1 collegiate level. I also have experience coaching collegiate softball at the Division 1 level.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in love with softball since picking up a bat during tee ball. There is no greater joy than passing along my knowledge and passion to young athletes.
