My house is BUSTING at the seams with too much stuff! But... I love my stuff. Most has been handed down from family. So I like for it all to be cleaned. Jennifer does a fantastic job of not only the normal, but the inside and out. If I need cabinets revamped, she does it, if I need extra in the kitchen or bathrooms... DONE! I always notice if my glass doors and mirrors have been done or my baseboards in the bathrooms...DONE! Always leaves the house smelling and looking fresh and clean. She is fast and thorough. I'm hard to please and I'm tight with my money, and I'm her stepmother!! So if she can please me, she can please anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price based on the type of job. The deeper I clean the more time consuming it is, I also include glass doors and windows inside and out I can get to, especially ones looked out of frequently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a deep clean then I offer a once a month follow up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother had a business when I was a teenager. I have been cleaning with her since I was 12 and I earned my first paying job when I was 15. I have cleaned in 4 states and cant ever not have at least 5 cleaning jobs. I have other work but always make time for my clients.
