Introduction: If you are not making someone else's life better, then you are wasting your time. The most valuable part of being a leader is putting your own feelings aside to better others. This alone is the foundation to help build future leaders, inspire others to pursue greatness, and make our world a much better place. This way of thinking can help empower students to excel in a learning environment and personal goals. Music can be painted by many different artists in many creative ways. The proper technique helps create the foundation to help propel students to maximum achievement of educational greatness. In order for this to happen, there has to be a mutual agreement between the student and the teacher to keep a safe and nonjudgmental attitude. A line of positive communication between the teacher and the student is a valuable occurrence for academic excellence. When dealt positively, the student is free to voice their own creative thoughts and emotions to launch a more inspiring performance. Performances are true reflections of oneself no matter if the action is staged or acted upon through personal thoughts and feelings. Inspiring, encouraging, and motivating others are the three most important significant points for a growing leader. Leaders can be made through corruptive and unprincipled or genuine and positive circumstances. Though corruptive should outweigh genuine, generally, that is not the case. Motivating students through positivity helps to magnify their learning experiences and personal aspirations.
