I needed to set up some coaching to help me get through a difficult situation in my life so I could have someone to talk to and help me navigate the decisions ahead without dumping all of my stress into the relationships around me. We decided on a package that offered weekly phone calls and support through email. Joanne was prompt and very helpful during our session. She helped me layout my goals and help me talk through the next step. She emailed promptly after I sent a follow email with updates on how things were going. She also sent emails with helpful resources. Her services have helped me get things out of my head without feeling like a burden to everyone around me.

Joanne Garner and I had many years of life coaching experiences. Joanne coached me, helped me, supported me through many tough life changing moments along with past traumatic memories.
