FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client has to apply before I take them on as a client. No exceptions. And I don't work with everyone that applies. Upon completing the application, I will set up a meeting to review the application and ask any further question, answer any question, and see if its a fit and the appropriate time for coaching, workshops, masterminds, speaking engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a set of mentors and on going trainings within the John Maxwell Team that I am involved with. Despite having been certified as a coach, trainer, and speaker, I still seek out ways to challenge myself with workshops to continue to grow and learn. The more I expand, the more my clients expand. I'm also a graduate of the Lifespring traingings and have taken all additional workshops beyond the core trainings. I have gone back and staffed the workshops and lead their leadership trainings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was groomed in leadership environments. The Boy Scouts of America and the Los Angeles Police Department Explorer program (its the police departments version of the Boy Scouts but co-ed). Very active in sports and most teams on was on I became captain. At 27 I began my journey to transform my life. I had no intention of doing what I am doing now. I knew I was meant for more in this world just didn't know what or how. As a result of being in a personal development workshop, I fell in love with the work. It was a gift and knew it would be selfish and irresponsible of me to horde it and keep it to myself. So I now pass on what has been given to me.
