This review may be a little long but it's worth reading. I had the compressor replaced on my AC unit. When the AC guy came out he told me that I had to move the compressor to a better location for optimal airflow. The wires running to the compressor were not long enough to reach that spot. He then told me that, since he's not an electrician, he couldn't do the work, but he knows a guy who can and he could send him to my house. He quoted me a price that seemed a little high so I declined. John was highly recommended to me by a good friend who has worked with him in the past. John came out quickly, on time, got the job done, and charged me approximately 2/3's of the price the other guy wanted. When the AC guy came back out I was a little nervous that he would find fault with something and I would have a huge headache. Instead, he looked everything over and said this is perfect, exactly what needed to be done. He then installed the compressor and I haven't had any problems. Subsequently, I had an electrical problem at another property that I own. I called John again, he came out and fixed it very quickly at a good price.

Most of our rates are base on the type of work , because all jobs are different.

When we start a project I explain to our clients what are we doing , what are the steps,and how much it will cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vocational electrician training at LCA . Also have a electrician journeyman and a class building BLD license all in the state of Virginia. Also have seven years of experience in the trade and excellent references.
