- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce myself, show I.D., ask the customer the nature of work desired and requested completion date. I would explain my thoughts on the best effective and economical procedure and any possible alternatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal education in Electrical installations and repair, plus 25+ years experience in mechanical and electrical repairs in Industrial and office settings, as well as general office maintenance, repair, and assembly of furniture, wall boards, and more.
