- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I refrain from providing a set price for my photography services. Each case is different, and each person has different requests. I believe in treating each of my clients individually, and providing you with the high-quality customer service you expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to learn as much about you as possible. Photography isn't the same across all subjects, and who you are and your character define the moments and emotions I will attempt to capture. Through this process, I will also find out whether there's a specific shot or perspective you are looking for, as well as the details of when and where the photo shoot will happen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone! I have worked with couples, ranging from Senior Prom to Engagement shoots. I've photographed children, ranging from 2 hours old all the way through teenage years. I love family shots, and the ability to see the dynamics and relationships between everyone.
