Introduction: Hello, My name is Jenny Li Ciccone. I am the author of Decoding the Secrets of Joyful Living, and work as a Joyful Living Coach and an Intuitive Energy Healer (I am a certified EFT Practitioner.) I work with spiritually-based professionals (mostly service providers) who constantly feel anxious and unsupported, and blocked in their capability to take actions on what's most important. I help them remove the hidden blocks, feel relaxed, aligned, and vibrant; so that they can start to take actions and move forward for a fuller life. With my unique background, I use the combination of professional coaching, and energy healing tool EFT tapping to support you. I assist you in releasing what doesn't belong and calling back the power that you gave away due to the life events that happened. After working with me, you will feel lighter and happier, and start to move forward and attract great things you want into your life. I am an advocate for humanity, helping people to change their behavior patterns and finding their way out for a joyful living. I am also a member of an international organization Zonta interntional, working as a volunteer to support women for their life betterment. I used to work in the corporate world, helping executives seeking external success. I enjoyed and did very well, until to a point when I was spiritually awakened and guided to my current path. I am thrilled to help people connect to their true self, the Higher power - Universe source energy and live life fully with meaning and joy. I have full passion to support others to do the same. When more people could shift to the vibration place of peace, joy, and freedom, we all will have a better world to live in.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the services with the following programs or packages, (I also offer Tailor-made packages to meet individual needs) 1) One-month 1 -1 Feel Relaxed and Supported Foundation program. 2) Three-month 1 - 1 Deep Relaxation and Alignment program. 3) Membership Group Sessions and Support - online 4) The combination package of 1 - 1 program and group sessions. (highly recommend)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Have a complimentary "Feel Relaxed and Supported" Evaluation Session first. 2) If it's a good match for each other, you will get a couple of files to confirm the work agreement and service package details. 3) Schedule the session freequncy and settlle the time. 4) Start the first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a bachelor degree in Biology and graduate degree in "General Business Management" I was a professionally trained Coach from Coach U, ICF (International Coaching Federation.) I am a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner from IMU (International Metaphysical University), and a founding member of AEFTP (Association of EFT Professional) I am also a certified Sacred Activation Practitioner.
