FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid a fair projected price range on regular cleans that is competitive with prices of similar companies in town who have similar experience. Prices are revisited and adjusted after 4 regular cleans if you become a regular cleaning customer. One-time and irregular cleans are also given a bid price range per job. Some clients tell me the budget they want to set for cleaning/yard work and I adjust my tasks accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet for an in-home/on-site estimate, which includes a walk through and questions about cleaning/task needs and frequency of cleaning or yard work, then a time and date are set to do the first job, sometimes this happens on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of professional cleaning experience, mostly for my own business as well as some high-end bed & breakfasts/inns in WNC.
