Karen was very attentive and flexible. I hired her for my Mom's 65th Surprise Birthday party and she transformed the room to a 50's style diner. I enjoyed working with her and her team. She knew the venue well and because of her affiliation with the venue we received little perks allowing us into the room earlier than contracted. Great customer service and a great delivery of ideas even though we were long distance!

The first step is a free consultation. At this first meeting, we listen to what you envision for your event, talk about what type of details you want and how we can assist you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Karen has been involved in event planning for non-profits for 12 years. From wine festivals with over 400 attendees, trade expos with over 600 attendees, private parties, golf tournaments and other special events, she has lots of experience with theme creation, time management and organization and working with large groups.
