Our lawyer was competently answering the RFEs but he wouldn't entertain "what if" questions and the paranoia of losing our case and deportation were ours to suffer alone. A friend then recommended Atty Ken Garcia for a second opinion of our case. In the short span of time that we interacted over phone and email, this lawyer gave me the answers to my fears, and most importantly gave them for free! He went over my case via a very simple but comprehensive questionnaire then got back to me promptly. With a professional and ethical flair, he comforted us about our case' prospects of getting approved and to give our lawyer a chance and wait for the USCIS decision. But what really impressed me was when he advised me of options in case I lost my case, giving me legal remedies that I never heard before, particularly INA 245K. This law plus his simple reminder that worrying about the case won't help but would only make things worse. My case eventually got approved after a long wait but somehow his advise made the wait bearable. And I have a strong feeling INA 245k helped us to eventually get our GCs with no more questions asked. I didn't get to formally hire Atty Ken Garcia but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ken helped me file for the sponsorship of my dad's permanent resident status, as well as my brother's. He was very helpful every step of the way. He always answered my million questions in a timely manner. He was very reassuring whenever concerns and issues arose, and offered a plan and solution to each one.
