- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $400 for a basic reception. Lights and gobo projector are available for an addition cost of $50 and slide shows start at an additional $150
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer by phone to determine needs and setup a time to meet and go over the contract When we meet, I go over the contract and takes notes on the activity flow of the occasion and talk about song choices. I check in weekly with the client for changes to playlist and activity flow
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of DJ experience and I have a BBA in marketing which helps me with the business aspect of my service
