- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEDIA-certified crews of installers are the best in their field. Whether it's new construction or a retrofit, Kole Digital trains its installation team to a higher standard. Education plays a large part of this. Each year, we fly them to all parts of the country to take classes on best practices for our industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since 1999, Rob has served as President and CEO of Kole Digital Systems Inc., overseeing sales and strategic business planning. He has a hand in every CAD design, whether it's a theater, custom cabinet or bar, graphic interface, or lighting plan. With a bachelors degree in Sound Engineering from Columbia College, Chicago, and having run sound and lighting for over 600 live shows, Rob combines technical prowess with art and passion to push the edge of creative design in the company. A lifelong musician with a recording studio in his house, Rob believes that we really can affect people's lives by engaging them emotionally through state-of-the art music and cinema systems
