Introduction: Learn how to set reasonable goals and reach them, as quickly as possible. I have helped many clients in hundreds of life coaching sessions over 20 years. I use a variety of holistic techniques, including identifying and working through internal blocks, personal development and application of intuitive wisdom, prayer, meditation, affirmations, and self-hypnosis. Positive results are often experienced within hours and days of one's very first session. Anyone can benefit from my services. Someone who is dealing with finding someone who is missing. Somebody who is struggling whether or not to except a promotion out of town because they love their home town. Even someone who wants to go skydiving but feels like they can't. In each of these situations I can help them recognize, develop, and apply their intuition because they already have the information they need to be successful. My office is centrally located in Galveston, TX., but I also travel and can conduct sessions by phone for your convenience. My private practice is spiritual rather than religious. You do not need to have a spiritual or religious foundation to successfully overcome obstacles. However; our beliefs and practices do influence our choices that either enhance or interfere with our health, happiness and well-being. Wellness depends upon clear consciousness and the ability to respond to internal messages by making wise decisions. It is not unusual to want support to learn how to master these life skills, on a daily basis.
