- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would love to provide you with a custom quote. Event planning packages begin as little as $75 dollars. Personal Chef Services begin at $25 per hour (four hour minimum). On-site catering menus begin around $11 per person ++. Tiered cakes begin at $25/tier. Cupcakes (by the dozen) are $6 basic and $12 specialty. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation! We're going to walk through your vision. I'll help add the small and large detail. Once we have fine tuned, we will orchestrate and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Food Safety Manager. I began in the food service industry at 16 years old. I like to refer to myself as being community educated. I have recipes that I've had with me from childhood. I would next then say I've been trained working in the food service industry by leading food service professionals in our community. A la tete so to speak or on the job. I have 7 years of full service commercial catering experience in the leading full service catering venue in Tallahassee. I am also a great business woman with amazing Customer Service skills. I graduated in 2008, Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. Education and training is life long and I will continue learning as much as I can anyway that I can.
