- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard arrangement with clients is to bill monthly for two (2) 50-minute calls each month. Quick email, phone or text check-in's within the month are also included in the monthly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LADYBOSS COACHING happens twice a month, for 6-months, over the phone. At each 50-minute session, you will work with Meredith to develop clarity about your goals and create a clear plan of action to achieve them. These calls are a dedicated time for you to really dig into your goals and challenges in a safe and supportive space. In-between each session, you can expect homework and exercises to keep you engaged in the process. This is where the real action happens; these might be actions for you to take, habits to initiate or strengthen or questions to ponder. At the end of the 6-month coaching engagement, you and Meredith will hold a wrap-up conversation to design what’s next for you so you carry your learning forward into the future. If your goals happen to be focused on career planning, this process could be enriched by a comprehensive leadership assessment ('Hogan') for an additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Meredith is a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute, associate certified coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessment. Meredith is also a professional service partner of Resolve, the national infertility association.
