- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to us to keep our clients fees reasonable and at the same time to give our clients realistic expectations as to the cost of their matter. Depending on the circumstance, we offer a number of representation options to meet our clients' individual needs, ranging from hourly agreements to flat fee representation. We also offer a one-hour initial consultation at the reduced rate of $195 for the hour. Our attorneys hourly rates are typically between $325 & $425 per hour, depending on the attorney's experience and the complexity of the matter. Please take advantage of our initial consultation to come in and discuss your options. Spending an hour with an experienced attorney to discuss strategy and evaluate your options will be well worth your time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to get to know our client and understand the legal issue. The next step is to develop a strategy and plan of action that will achieve the client's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our transactional attorneys provide detailed document drafting that often prevents disputes from arising, and our litigation attorneys are aggressive advocates for our clients in the courtroom. MOBO prides itself on taking an aggressive, yet reasonable, approach to the practice of law. However, we cannot force an opponent to be reasonable, we can only give them an opportunity. If they decide not to take that opportunity, then our litigation department steps in. We always look at things objectively and try to obtain the best result possible. We communicate with our clients to educate them on the process so surprises are few and far between. Unlike most law firms, MOBO's transactional and litigation departments work collaboratively in order to achieve a detail-oriented and successful representation and result. We work cooperatively as a team, allowing our combined thinking and skill sets to complement each other.
