- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of material used- (cherry, oak, maple...) and upgrades used on your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come to your home and meet the customer and talk about what the customers needs are. Once we decide what you want I will measure and we will talk about your design and things you want to put in your kitchen,bath etc... I will take all this information back to my shop and get a bid together and call the customer back with a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working and building custom cabinets since I was 16. I started in my dads custom shop.
