- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quiotes are based on the work and material needed for the project and are written before we start. Sometimes we do a fesability study to determine the cost through research of the project components and technologies needed to make the prototype.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen and try to understand where you are in your development process to see how we can help best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Masters and Bachelors degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
