- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer (1) contingency for ALL workers compensation cases, (2) for other cases fees are varied from an hourly basis to a flat fee. Our hourly rates vary from $350 -$400. The cost for a particular project depends on such factors as the number and complexity of the issues and the jurisdictional focus (one state as opposed to a national search).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
