Leezurly's Lessons

Introduction: My Private Lessons are geared toward the students interests and abilities. A student based goal oriented level of learning is my preferred style of instruction unless a specific curriculum or methodology are of interest to the student. I am familiar with a variety of stylistic approaches such as Christopher Parkening's Classical Method Books, Mel Bay, Bastien, Alfred, Hal Leonard, Orff, Kodaly, Hannon and many more. I enjoy watching students reach goals and becoming aware of the theory of music. It is always an incredible feeling to see a middle-aged person or a teenager light up the first time they are able to play through their favorite song.
