Sharlene did SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy) with me for over a year. We met every two weeks or so, and it was fascinating each time, several days or more afterward, how I could sense aspects of my personal challenges shifting in ways that gave me relief or a feeling of release. And the effect over time was cumulative, in that each time we dug a little deeper, or uncovered something new that became ready to come out.
It was gentle and easy, although sometimes the emotions that surfaced were unexpected. One of the great things was that Sharlene required me to verbalize a desire that I wanted to address during each session. Sometimes it was a frustration, sometimes a wish for something within me I wanted to change. But always something, because that focused the energy of the session. Without exception, my inner being or higher self always responded to her inquiry about my specific desire.
Another great thing was her coaching around what my higher self was telling us. Sharlene is a master life coach, she does it with such sensitivity, honesty and accuracy that you swear it is coming 'through' her, not from her.
Her SRT work guided me through a period that was fraught with emotional pain and personal growth beyond anything I had experienced in my life. I can't recommend her enough. All of her services work synergistically together, but when used individually, you still receive 'all of her' regardless of which one you choose.
