We have a very competitive managing fee and a fully staffed office that provides efficient and accurate service to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a comprehensive market analysis to our clients so they can arrive at the best market rent for their property. Our company requires all Tenant applicants to pass a background check, credit check, and thorough application process. We prepare leases and manage questions, concerns, and repairs during the lease period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been managing property for over 25 years in and around the Asheville area. I've also managed a large real estate office including staff and agents. Our company offers a variety of services including property management and sales through our sister company, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
