Introduction: We do both, wholesale and taking orders from individual clients. Recently, after we relocated our factory in Long Island City, because of the convenient location, exposed to more in public (we are not opened as a retail bake shop but production site) people around the area find us easily through the glass windows and fresh baking smell from the oven evrryday, like to come by just to say hi, also place an order for their needs, for just a couple pieces of macarons or a box for a gift, for more bigger, like weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bridal shower so on, standing out as walk-in pastry gallery as well. And we are happy that people from this local area and outside the area start knowing about us.
I put my heart into the job 200%, most of my clients are amazed to get more than what they expected, "wow" at first when they open the box, i can see shinning stuffs in their eyes, then they start taking pictures, seem very excited. That moment is the best time for me to be a chef, seeing people being very happy with what i created for them. To see that moment I spend a lot of time and energies, and I really enjoy it.
