Our project involved the complete renovation of our 1300 sq. ft. 1960 L-shaped one-bath ranch into a 21st century 2.5 bath stunner over twice the size. Jay considered the site in designing the 1800 sq. ft. addition. Instead of the typical rectangle, it is a trapezoid so that we are looking out into the woods beyond the yard instead of at our neighbors' siding. The addition incorporates a master suite, kitchen, and great room with a gallery that runs from the fireplace in the great room to the front door. This is just one example of the many resourceful ideas Jay employed throughout the project, which involved many revisions to scale to the budget.
