FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Between Emily and the tight-knit network of photographers here at Mae Bee Memories, there is a lifetime of experience. We photograph because we enjoy making people smile for a living. We believe our prices to be fair and we will always offer discounts to those who serve our community. This includes, but is not limited to: first responders, educators, military/veterans and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your initial contact, we set up a time for either a phone interview or coffee date. At this meeting we will address all the needs to be met and make sure our capabilities are a good fit. This is a no pressure, no obligation introduction. If for any reason the customer has needs we would not be able to fulfill, we will refer you to someone who can, if nothing else, you get free Starbucks. If we are a good fit we will provide a contract to be signed and we require either a $25 or 25% deposit depending on the services to conducted. At the time of signing we will address if there are any further meetings needed and when and how payment is to be collected for deposits and final balances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the team have photographed for major corporate owned portrait studios and photography companies, and have had different types of formal training and educations.
