What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $75/face including lashes. No lashes, $65/face. I do charge a $20 travel fee if I'm traveling over 25 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For brides, we set up a trial. She would pay for that service at the time of service. If she hires me, there is a 20% deposit to book me for her special day! :-)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Airbrush certification. Stage makeup training and education.color correcting/contouring. Certified Custom blend foundation.
