- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the specifics of the itinerary, but is generally based on a 4 hour minimum, with per hour charges for additional service. Rates based on the size of the vehicle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to determine customer's need, including pick up and drop off locations, length of service, number of passengers, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our driver's are licensed motor coach operators, and are SPAB certified by the State of California to carry school groups.
