FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, most of the time I'd like to get a look at the job first, but there is a cap on cleaning gutters that does not exceed $200 for the largest structure. Only if repair is needed can the quote exceed the cap. Plumbing jobs are a little different considering I usually have to visualize what the exact problem is based on info provided. As far as plumbing and heating projects, my prices are very reasonable and ill ALWAYS work with the customer to meet there budget requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first greet a customer with a handshake or a "Hello"depending on the circumstance. Then I listen to there needs and determine the best plan of action that best suits the customer.Once that's established only then will I present a cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from cazenovia central school in 1998. Soon after that i enrolled in a local trade school and completed the 5 year apprenticeship Training and now have journeyman status. Since I completed my apprenticeship, Ive been servicing and repairing hvac and plumbing systems for the last 15+ years. I'm also very skilled at welding and can do safe reliable gutter cleaning on homes as well.
