We had a lot of miscommunication on the day of the wedding that lead to it being delayed. He claims he was never told that our venue was outside, when I know I had told him, my wedding planner, and the venue owner since they had multiple discussions on how they were going to get the piano out to the ceremony site without messing up the mulch. He changed the piano to an electric one and apparently needed power. We did not know this until he showed up on the day of. The wedding was then delayed and we had to pay for the power supply. He didn't play the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to after we were pronounced husband and wife. He just needs to be better with communicating to his clients if he is going to continue to do weddings. He should also make up contracts so that way there is no question on what was told. Communication just needs to improve.

There are no words good enough to describe how highly I think of Meng and Bing Music Studio. I hired them as a musician duo for my wedding ceremony this past Saturday. Their music set the tone for an environment that was absolutely beautiful and heart warming. We had many people complimenting the piano/cello combo even up to today, it was truly that beautiful! Every time I watch the videos, hearing the music alone brings me to happy tears once again!
Anyone that has gone through the wedding planning process knows the importance of communication- both clear and prompt responses. Yibing was absolutely wonderful, he was very quick to answer messages as well as very thorough in his explanations. He is very honest and put me completely at ease when I expressed a couple of concerns/worries I had. His pricing was very fair for the outstanding service he provided.
Meng and Bing Studio, I can't thank you enough for everything you did to make our big day such a special one. If you are reading this and looking for a musician for any occasion, you will not be disappointed here! I felt as though I was working with a friend, not just a vendor. On top of that, the quality of the music was incredible and I'm sure very hard to match.
