Introduction: My love for people and helping others will be very obvious in my customized presentations, mentoring and Results Coaching. No speaking engagement or coaching session is more important than the one I am preparing for. I love speaking on many subjects and conducting workshops on leadership and how to be more successful in any worthy endeavor. I am a certified speaker, trainer, and coach by the John Maxwell Team. My corporate career in sales management in addition to twenty-five plus years of entrepreneurship, including building three business from ground zero with no prior experience provide me with many stories that I use in illustrating points while speaking or mentoring. I genuinely love meeting and helping people of all socio economic levels. I am as comfortable with blue collar workers as C-Suite executives. My personal mantra is " Helping you to be the best you." The greatest reward is the phone call, email, or letter that I receive from someone thanking me for encouraging them to just test one idea that I shared. I keep a file of these. They inspire me even more to keep on helping more people.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for speaking is dependent on the length of the presentation and the time and research required. Coaching and mentoring prices are dependant on the package my client chooses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SPEAKING & TEACHING I like to get to know the person responsible for an event and hopefully others in the organization so that I can make sure there is no misunderstanding about the objective of the event and precisely who the audience is. It is easy for an event planner to say, "Just inspire and motivate the audience". If I don't know the audience and the opportunities they are facing it is like shooting a shotgun hoping I will hit something. The goals given to a speaker should be very specific and can best be understood with a planned phone conversation. The more effort an organizer puts into planning an event the greater the chances of a speaker hitting one out of the ballpark. . It is important that I know about the acoustics of a facility and the audiovisual equipment available. I prefer a lavalier mic so that I am free to use my hands and interact with the audience. COACHING Every coach is not the right coach for every potential client/participant. I determine that with a 45-minute introductory session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education never stops. It only began with my major and minor degrees from the University of Georgia. Every day I read, study and learn more about life, success and how I can more effectively communicate with others to help them to achieve worthy goals. I am a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach by The John Maxwell Team. My live podcast, during which I interview successful entrepreneurs and authors, is a great source of current principles of success. I maintain that the basic principles of success never change, but the way we phrase them with changing times is what often flips the switch and makes the light bulb come on for many people.
