- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with you to create an unforgettable meal and experience for you and your guests. All pricing is custom as there are many variables including extent of the menu and ingredients used, serving style, size of event, etc. The same is true for cooking classes/lessons. The techniques, dishes, etc. you wish to learn, play into the amount of time, cost of ingredients, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with you at your convenience to develop a customized menu for you and your guests. Initial consultations are complimentary. I find it best to have a conversation over the phone. I also provide a questionnaire to help guide that first conversation. I follow-up with a proposal based on our conversations and go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an internationally trained/certified chef. Additionally I carry a wine certification, HACCP, and Safe Food Manager credentials. I have decades of experience as a chef, hostess, and decorator as well as 18 years in event and meeting planning.
