- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not an ability to have a standard. I give better prices for non-Saturday weddings. I give better prices for military and public and emergency services. I meet with couples and see if they are a good match for me as well as me for them. I want to make a difference, and not just be the low bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with bride and groom and determine exactly what they are looking for in their wedding. 90% of the time, brides book with me during that meeting because they realize they do not have to worry about music and the pace of their reception, because I have demonstrated my ability to handle it for them. I have over 1420 weddings that I have performed at, and it has given me a great base to help arrange/coordinate for the brides.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Business Management. I have over 18 years of training with some of the best DJ's in Arizona and I have taken their best attributes and released their shortfalls.
