Introduction: For full bio, please visit my website! I started my fitness journey while in the United States Marine Corps by instructing marines who could not meet body composition standards. Once I was honorably discharged, I became a personal trainer at a corporate gym. After spending several months training around 30 clients a week and training for a bodybuilding competition myself, I left and started my own business. Since I began my own practice, I take great pride in delivering results to my clients with frequent check-ins, no-nonsense nutritional advice, and motivation to help my clients achieve their goals. I do not do all the work; you have to work too! I lay out the foundation, instruct, and supervise. I do everything I can, but it's the client who must put forth the effort to get to where he/she wants. I say this because it's not always easy, and if it was, everyone would be in great shape living a healthy lifestyle! That being said, with the right mindset, the sky is the limit! More about my services, I offer the following: - Personal training for those who want a healthier lifestyle, improve their fitness, progress in a sport or are unsure about proper nutrition - Structured resistance training and cardiovascular programming - Fitness nutritional guidance (understanding calories, macro nutrients, and lifestyle diet plan) - Long-distance and local coaching/training, possible to travel to client's gym - Credentials: ISSA certified CFT/SFN, Bodybuilding competitor, and marine combat veteran

I think that he really knows his information, whether be workout or nutrition and really knows how to adjust depending on his client...

Let me say I am a 53 year old female. Nathan set up a fitness chart routine and showed me how to use the weights correctly. He also gave me a diet plan to follow. I lost 15 pounds and went down 2 sizes. This is a long term plan and a life style change. Dedication and Discipline! I couldn't be happier with my new look. Beth B.

Working with Nathan has been awesome! You can really see how much he loves being a trainer too. He is very knowledgeable and always answers any questions I may have pertaining to nutrition and exercise. Since working with him (since January), I have dropped my body fat percentage by 7% and have lost 15 lbs of fat. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a trainer!
