- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a customer, I first seek to find out what his or her needs, hopes, and dreams are. If they have a clear idea in mind and want me to go out and execute, I do that right away. No balls dropped. Trusted to complete it every time, on time,with excellence. Phone, text, or email--I can be contacted and respond in many ways. Other customers, however, have perhaps an idea, but not a clear understanding of what they want to do or how to do it. In these cases, I call/email/text and/or sit down with a client to hear their thoughts and help put together and shape an excellent approach, story, and plan to meet their objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been filming and producing videos for a decade. This has included extensive work in the non-profit and church world, as well as work with small business owners, realtors/real estate, and government and public advocacy issues. I have a Doctorate in Ministry with an emphasis in Communications, Culture, and Community Outreach. Thus, bring a doctoral level of knowledge of how to write, craft, film, edit and produce great stories that capture people's hearts, thoughts, and imagination. I also am a minister, and so I have a real understanding of people and spiritual issues. I bring a high level of care, understanding, and integrity to the client relationships that I have.
