Onore Catering is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Richard Onore for any catered event. Richard and his staff catered our wedding reception in a town north of Santa Rosa. I had searched for several caterers in the area and was starting to get increasingly worried that we wouldn't be able to find one at the price point and quality we were hoping for. Needless to say, we were relieved that Richard was more than willing to work with us on achieving the best menu for our wedding. Throughout the entire process, he was very responsive, extremely helpful, and I felt 100% confident in the menu he developed. He offered wonderful suggestions that we hadn't even thought of and worked perfectly the day of. In fact, my husband is Turkish so we were really hoping for an eastern mediterranean dish to our surprise Richard quickly came back with a menu that was completely authentic and delicious. All of our guests were raving about the appetizers and main course dishes he masterfully put together. Thanks to Richard we had an elegant and traditional wedding affair that we couldn't have ever dreamed possible. Thank you, Richard!

Onore Catering bid for our New Year's Eve party, after several emails and a meeting at our Lodge, we hammered out our menu and cost. We met on a Thurs and told him we would be back to him on Tues of the following week with a contract. On Monday morning
We received an email telling us that he had been offered another job and that he was not available on NYEve. I feel that this is not good business practice to engage in a ongoing business program and then pull out because something else better came along. I personally would be afraid to deal with Rick Reynolds of Onore Catering again.

Mary's review is mostly correct with a little clarification. I was told that I would get an answer on Tuesday after her committee meeting that had to approve of the price and the menu. I was told they couldn't commit to anything until after that, not that I would get a contract for her event on that day. I was also under the assumption that I was not the only company quoting the event.
I withdraw my quote not because something better came along, I withdraw my quote because I was offered a firm job and had to decide to take a definite job by Sunday over one that at the time was just a quote.
