- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the type and quantity of fixtures needed to complete your job. The cost of a fixture can vary depending on several factors. We install solid cast brass fixtures as well as standard black metal fixtures. The type of bulb also effects the cost. Halogen bulbs are less expensive than LED bulbs, but have far less advantages. It may seem overwhelming to understand all the options for outdoor lighting, but that's what we specialize in. We make sure to explain and demonstrate the products we use so you know exactly what your getting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We want our customers to feel very comfortable with doing business with us. We will set up an appointment with you to view your project. Our consultations are free of charge. Upon arrival, we walk the property to make sure everything is covered. Your ideas and our suggestions are discussed to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for. The estimate we provide you will be itemized for material, labor and warranty information. It will also include product information specific to your project. We can also provide sample products so you can see first hand the quality we install for our customers. Upon acceptance, we will provide a project start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take great pride in our workmanship. With over a decade of experience in outdoor lighting, we know exactly what it takes to get the job done right. Besides experience, we have completed lighting workshops and seminars on installation techniques, system design and proper load allowances. Installing system's that operate efficiently without any call backs, is proudly what we do.
