Sorry that you are dissatisfied. It was only one week and you would call everyday to worrie me. I'm sorry you are unhappy and I got upset myself when I told you I was in a meeting and you just wouldn't get off the phone. Beware of this customer he wants something for nothing!

Pictures say a thousand words and I only wish I could leave pictures of what my patio, flowerbeds, and yard look like after my gutters were cleaned. The gutters were emptied onto my yard which was just professionally cleaned the week prior. Very upsetting. This was done after requesting $50.00 more in the middle of the job because he realized the job was bigger than expected. This is not standing behind the quote promised or having pride in ones work. I would never recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

Sorry that you were dissatisfied with the work performed. Customer did not want to pay more for services provided. Expected more work for price discussed. Which was not the case. !Beware!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process dealing with a new customer is to first let them know a little about myself and my business. Then I like to proceed to the problems they are having analyze the situation and come up with a solution that would best fix the problem at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in all aspects of the construction field. From start to finish. I'm qualified to handle any job. None to small nor to big.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this work because my family has owned a construction business my whole life and I've grown up around it and have grown to love it.
