- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial cleaning prices starts at $120.00. After initial clean depending on cleaning schedule and size of the home the prices start from $65.00 a week and up. Property Management services would require detailed information to provide a quote. Prices can start from 6%-12% of the gross monthly rent not including other fees. Plumbing services provide detailed information for services needed so a general quote can be received. Some work may require on site inspection for a proper quote which will require a trip charge (this would be applied to the balance upon completion of the job if hired). Hourly rate can be as low as $69.00 hour and depending on location a trip charge.
