- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially We will sit down to discuss the customers background & ambitions. We will then complete a performance assessment to establish current fitness level, weigh/measure and set short term & long term goals. If the customer is only interested in lifestyle coaching without personal training the exact same process applies except without performance assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an athlete of 10+ yrs. Personal trainer of 6 + yrs . NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Cross fit Level 1.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Youth, Middle aged-Senior males & females as well as Crossfire athletes, Marathon runners & Strongmen
