Introduction: My attention to my clients is unparalleled. If you look around you'll see other fitness professionals talk about how great their workouts are. However, exercise is only 20% of the battle. If your nutrition habits are sub-par, you'll have a tough time seeing success. This is why I do a full fitness profile on your first day and every 6 weeks. In that fitness profile, I'll assess your body fat percentage ( how toned you are ), your resting heart rate ( how well conditioned you are ) as well as your caloric need ( how many calories you need to consume to create fat loss ) this is in addition to weight, girth measurements and performance tests within my training. Finally,I teach you to use myftinesspal, a food journaling application, so that I can check what you're eating everyday. Even if we're working out 3-4 times a week, fitness is a 7 day a week effort and I'm there with you every step of the way to make sure your habits outside of our workouts don't sabotage all your hard work. I like a lot of things actually.I like helping people achieve success they never thought was possible. I'm a high energy individual so I love helping people raise their energy level so they can power through their workday or recover from it. I LOVE when my clients tell me that friends that they have not seen in a while, gush over their new physiques. That's probably the most satisfying.

Jonathan is such an awesome instructor and really pushes everyone in the best way possible. The whole class becomes a family since you're spending every morning together 5 days a week. Unfortunately I moved away and had to stop going to bootcamp, but it was some of the best workouts I ever got with the best people. Jonathan isn't just there for the physical aspect he helps with your nutrition as well. I definitely would not be as happy with my body if it wasn't for our daily emails and him keeping me on track! I can't wait to pop into a class randomly when I'm in Nutley. I cannot put into words how much I value him as a bootcamp instructor and as a person- he is one of a kind. :)

I've been going to BFF for over a year now, when I know I need to get back on track and take control of my fitness is the place I Turn to. The workouts constantly change so I don't get bored and the results show if you put in the work! Jonathan the instructor is very motivating and his high energy keeps you pumped but most importantly for someone like me who can get off track, EVERYTIME I go back he welcomes me with open arms and I never feel judged, that welcoming atmosphere from him and the class is what I enjoy the most and what keeps me going back for more!

Been going for 18 months and absolutely love it. Excellent program and trainer. The motivation, plan, workouts and experience I get every morning is invaluable and has helped me lose weight and gain muscle. I cannot speak higher of Jonathan and BFF bootcamp.

LOVE BFF Boot Camp! Love the constantly changing workouts! Love Jonathan's attention to his clients in class and in their nutritional goals! You have to try it for yourself...guarantee you will get hooked :)
