- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for services will vary depending on what you are trying to achieve (i.e. health and fitness, strength and conditioning, life coaching, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step when working with a new client is to set up a free initial consultation. This is to discuss your personal goals as far as what you want to achieve (i.e. lose weight, gain strength, sports performance, growth mindset, career choices, relationships, etc). After gathering all relevant information and current resources, I will help make an action plan (daily, weekly, monthly) starting the day of the consultation.
