Introduction: I have been working out since I was 12 years of age. So, that's around 15 years. I had 3 years in college. I am willing to help anybody who is in need of assistance with cardiovascular and or weight lifting. I take it easy on people who don't know what exactly their doing. I will help you make progress in losing weight or gaining muscle. I can write you out a meal plan and also an exercise routine, but I will be there to help you and make sure you are doing everything correctly. I will push you to your limits, but if you can't do the workout, it's totally fine. Progress is the key!
